Ordering Terms and Conditions

Prices, Specifications and Colours

Prices shown on this website are net of VAT and delivery. Specification and colour can change without notice and we reserve the right to amend or replace products if necessary.

Vat Relief

Certain items on this website are eligible for VAT relief for thoses who are chronically sick or disabled. To claim VAT relief, you must print and sign the Declaration for Relief from VAT and return it by post or fax with your order form and payment. If you wish to order from this website, you cannot claim VAT relief. Any items in the catalogue marked '*' are NOT eligible for VAT relief. Furthermore, any prices shown in brackets ARE inclusive of VAT

Handling and Carriage

Orders of less than £30 will be incur a £5 postage charge and orders of £30 or more will incur a £10 postage charge.

Delivery

Orders will be despatched by royal Mail or National Carrier, depending on the size and weight. Normally despatch will be within 14 days but if you have not heard from us within 28 days please contact us.

Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason the products you receive are damaged or faulty, return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the goods or refund your payment in full plus return postage according to your instructions.

Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by seven working days from the day after that on which you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us in their original condition as soon as possible. We will refund your money minus our shipping costs upon satisfactory receipt of the goods. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of our receiving the goods.
